- RayAsked on October 05, 2011 at 04:49 PMOur current DNSs are 220.127.116.11 & 18.104.22.168. They are mapping jetform.com to the IP address, 22.214.171.124, and jetform.net to 126.96.36.199. We still have the issue with the forms submitting due to the jetform.com domain name. Can you help?Page URL:

Our server's DNS settings have already been updated and should be stable. Your issue might be caused by your browser's DNS cache. Kindly try using a different browser then let us know if the problem still persists.
