HTML Text not showing in results

Asked by veritascredit on October 05, 2011 at 09:59 PM
I have previously made agreements and have had a coded A locked scrolling text box with terms & Conditions, Etc., using the html tool. When I forwarded the submissions results I would get the text that was in the scrolling box, which is great. Now i am still using the html tool but only typing the copy directly into the html box and not coding the copy inside a scrolling text box. When i forward the submission email the copy is not appearing that is typed in the html box. Any idea on how i can get my copy to show up that i have typed in the html tool?I do need this as this copy is out terms and conditions that our clients are agreeing to.P.S. Other than the copy not showing up on the submission results the from works great!Thank you for your help, once again!

HTML text is not really supposed to be displayed in the submission entries or the email alerts. A workaround I suggest is to insert a hidden box in your form and set the default value to the text that is in the html field.

You do not need to remove the HTML box as its purpose is to display the disclosure statement in the actual form. The hidden box will only be visible in the back-end and in your form's email alerts (notification and autoresponder).
