When I view the form on my website the images do not show up when I am using Internet Explorer (I have IE7). It works fine when I'm using Safari or Mozilla.
Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this? I am selling products to customers who will be using just about any and all of internet browsers and need to make sure that the form is compatible with all of them. I appreciate your feedback and suggestions on how to fix this.
My website is www.cookbookfavors.com and the form can be found on the "Create Your Book" page.

I checked your form at the Create_Your_Book.html page and found out that it indeed does not show the images. You're probably seeing the images on your Safari and Firefox browser because the images are cached in the said browsers.
When I checked the images, it turns out that it is not availabe. This is the error message that returned:
https://sitebuilder.intuitwebsites.com/~site/builder/filePreview/King_Design_1_Thumbnail.jpg500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
Please check the images where you have stored them and check if it still exists there.
