can I view the submission in the layout I created and print it out? I work with psychiatrists and need to have it very readable and can the dr then type notes along side their answers?

Unfortunately, no, it is not possible to print the submission in a form-like layout. Your best option is to just go to the form's submissions page, click on the specific submission entry then click the Print button.

It cannot print actual form fields though, like text boxes and drop downs.
