    You must make your form mobile responsive

    -Go to  Preferences button.

    -On General Settings, set Responsive Form option to Yes

    How to limit maximum width when using Responsive Form feature in the form preference?

    I followed these instructions,  also found the print button does show if you rotate the phone

    Is this the form you are referring to?

    If it is, I see what you mean:

    Rotated Vertically:

    I'm not quite sure what's happening - seems as if the mobile responsive script and the print button may have a circumstantial conflict -

    Let me take this up with our developers, who will advice.

    We appreciate your patience.

    I think it has something to do with this custom ccs code to remove the submit button.

    .form-submit-button {
    display: none;

    Thank you for providing more details.

    I checked and our developers are still looking into this. I made some tests with removing the css code you mention and adding a css code specific to the submit button but I still didn't find a final solution.

    I will run further tests to try to determine the cause of this situation and will get back to you later.

    A colleague  tried some solutions without any results.  He tried adding:

     button#input_1.form-submit-button {display: none;
    He also tried to target just the print button to make it show only on mobile with @media screen but it seems that as submit  and print button are connected  hiding the submit button is hiding the whole thing regardless.
    Also alternating it to visibility using !important had the same result. I will update the ticked with this information, but in the meanwhile let's wait for our developers.

    If you need further support please let us know.

    Hi there,

    There's an ongoing issue with our responsive css files but meanwhile you can fix the issue by injecting the following CSS:

    .form-submit-print {
        display:inline-block !important;

    Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
