Matrix Dynamique widget not loading when hidden by a radio button and a form collapse

I did check your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. The conditional "Matrix Dynamique" widget you have added inside a form collapse seems to display correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
Have you embedded your form in your web page where it is not working? Please share the web page URL and we will take a look.
We will wait for your response.

That is strange when I open my test form this what I see, on my desktop or mobile
I get the same in my real form which I would gladly share with you on a private thread

Upon further testing I found this problem depends on the browser you are using
It does not happen using Chrome, but does in Firefox & IE

Could you please let us know which versions of IE and Firefox are you using to test?
I checked your form using IE11:
and with Firefox 34
And was able to see the "Cooking Equipment 2" field correctly.
We'll wait for your response.

This is a somewhat known issue with iframes and FireFox, but this was resolved recently by our widgets department.
I was able to recreate the same issue and see why it would not work in IE as well, and that is because of an error on the jotform itself.
I believe that this error is not allowing the jotform to load properly causing this issue.
I will raise this to our developers to inspect and they will update you through this thread as soon as the issue is resolved for you.
