Unable to open submitted files - Access Denied XML errorAsked by Nicole_APG on January 02, 2015 at 09:48 AM
I have created a form for a client's website which allows the user to attach a resume and a job application. It has been working perfectly until yesterday. When I try to view the attached files, I get an error that says "no preview available" and there is no way to download a file.
My client has gotten some odd errors when they try to open the files on their system (see attached screenshots).
I have just taken a look at it and you are right, the files show XML error of denied access.
I have tried to fix it and was not able to so I will raise this to our developers for inspection.
As soon as there are any updates we will get back to you over this thread.
In case you are used to responding through email, I would advise to come to this thread instead as at the moment our maintenance team is working on a part of our system, which could lead to us not receiving your response sent over email. Thank you for the update! Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help test/resolve the issue.
On behalf of my colleague, you're welcome.

Please allow some time for them to evaluate the issue and provide assistance.
We'll certainly let you know if we need your help to run tests on your side.
There was an error with the server yesterday which affected the file upload submissions resulting to not get received by the system. As a result, The system failed to store the files. However, we have already fixed this problem and you will no longer encounter this error. What I can recommend to you for the missing files is to request the person who submitted the form to resubmit or send you the files again.
If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.
Thank you for your understanding and we sincerely apologize on this matter.
