Please no not renew my account

    Hello, I received an email indicating my account was upgraded and renewed. I used the service for a single purpose last year. Please do not renew my account and incur and additional charges.

    Hello Stuart,

    Since JotForm is a subscription service, it'll be renewed automatically until it is cancelled manually. I see that the account is renewed today for another year. However, I've cancelled your JotForm Premium subscription now and refunded the amount. Please allow 5 to 7 days in order to reflect the refund in your statement. Your JotForm account is now set to Free plan.
