Using the Internet Time Instead of User's Computer Date and Time

I am attempting to change the payment due based on the month of the year.  All seems to be working but it occurred to me that if the user's computer was incorrectly set, that could foul things up.  Getting the date from the web (even GMT would do, since this is really local to EST, and I can convert it) would solve this problem

    Hi,

Are you using the payment gateway that we have? I believe the payments or transactions done using those online payment system, like Paypal, uses the internet time for time stamp purposes. The submission date in the form, however, also depends on our websites server time and your account settings. You can try changing the date and time, and make a test submission to see if this is correct. The notifications in your email provider should also display an internet time stamp.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need more information on this.

    Thank you.
