I'm looking for a form generator

Asked by asa  on January 04, 2015 at 07:53 AM

    Hi there!

My name is Asaf and I am a CPA from Tel-Aviv, Israel. I created a website that help my client to fill the IRS forms. I currently use Adobe XI pro but I'm looking for fully cloud service.

I'll explain you the process: my clients enter to my website and fill a php form (much like turbotax)+upload their w-2. I manually pull the data out of their forms and then I save their data in my DB and run few calculations.

after that I need to fill a pre-made IRS form (like the 1040), print and send it through physical mail.

I need a way to fill pre-made forms automatically from my DB.

Do you have any solution for me?

    Thanks,

    Asaf

    Hi Asaf,

I am not quite sure if I understand what you mean, but it seems that you are looking for a scrip that would collect your currently captured data in your database and based on that fill out the forms that you already have created?

In this case it would be easy to set it up through PHP to pull the data from the DB and fill out your already existing forms.

If you would like to have forms (jotforms) that would collect your clients entries and allow you to add the data directly to DB and provide you with the reports and PDF output of each submission, then you could replace the current forms with jotforms.

Again since I might have not understood you correctly, could you please give us more details which one of the above is true, or more details if none.

In case you are used to responding through email, I would advise to come to this thread instead as at the moment our maintenance team is working on a part of our system, which could lead to us not receiving your response sent over email.
