I have upgraded my jot form account but still getting those API limit exceed error from Zapier, I have checked that I should be using about 2000 calls a day.

Hello billykwan88,
That is strange and you should not see this error message as you have already upgraded your account on December 30, 2014.
Please be noted that in premium paid plans you can have 10000 API call per day. Did you exceed the number of API calls today?
I have reset your API limits. Please check and get back to us if the issue persists.

We have also asked our Development Team to check the JotForm API limits. I hope that the issue will be fixed soon. Thank you.
