My forms are stuck after clicking submit. Urgent, please help!

After users click submit, my forms say 'please wait' and hang.

No data is being captured from my forms. 

Ive just realized this and it's cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue.

What is wrong?

I sent a test submission through your site and it appears to have gone through without issue:

It appears to be working in both FireFox and Chrome.  Are all users that attempt to fill out your form experiencing this or is it a certain web browser?  Any further information you can provide to help us recreate the issue would be greatly appreciated.  As soon as we can recreate the error, we can get started on a fix.
