Form stopped forwarding submissions to designated email address

    The "Get A Price Quote" form has stopped forwarding the submissions to the designated email address "havefun@bigairjumphouses.com". Could you take a look. The last time this happened the email address was in the Bounce List.

    Hi,

    I checked your form to make sure your notification was set up properly and it appears as though it is:

    So I checked our bounce list to make sure your address was not on it and it was:

    Our mail service changed back and forth a couple times which may have caused your server to reject some of our emails.  This usually causes the address to get placed on our bounce list.  Make sure you have the proper address in your notification but I do not believe you should have to do anything else.

    I would send a test submission just to make sure the notifications are actually going through but I do believe you should be all set.
