    Keyword Searches in iPhone App are no longer possible

    I posted about this a few weeks ago - bc my business is crippled by my inability to do keyword searches of my client info from the past 3+ years! Please advise!!! Thank you!!!

    Hi Ericka,

    I see that you have posted a question here in the forum without logging in to your account, I can't find an account associated with Ericka@el*****gr*p**.com, can you share us your form's URL or ID also the username of the registered account.

    Regarding the keyword search, is it a widget or an app that you used in your forms? Similar to Autocomplete Widget or Search and Delete App?

    the problem is the iPhone app - I used to be able to type in any combination of letters or numbers to pull up forms people filled out..(ie I search the name 'lilly' and it pulls up any forms with that word) - it doesn't do that any more...I posted about this 3 weeks ago and they told me to do some uninstall etc - and I did...still didn't work....then the latest tech response said he saw the same issue and would address this.....I'm crippled!!! Help!!! When could we expect an update that fixes this?!?!

    Hi Again Ericka and thank you again the patience you have given us with this until now.

    I just wanted to followup your thread here to inform you that we've now released iOS App Version 2.3 which is now available in the App Store today.

    You should get an update automatically if you have your automatic updates enabled. If you run into any issues then please delete it, then reinstall the newly updated app again ensure a fresh new version is on your device and that should resolve any problems that might happen.

    We've updated the app with some major fixes, keysearching should be back now, and we have also enhanced the app's performance. 

    To find the new search bar and filter simply swipe or pull downward while on Viewing All your Submissions. In the searchbar you should now be able to filter your data and forms accordingly.

    Please let us know if you run into any problems.
