    Hello Rick,

Yes it is possible to generate a submission pdf file automatically. You will have to add {pdf-link} tag in your form's autoresponder email. This will ensure that when the form is submitted, the user will receive the autoresponder email with a clickable link which will download the submission data in PDF format. Here are the steps you should follow:

    1. Load your form in editor.

    2. Click on the "Email Alert" and then edit the autoresponder email alert (or notifier).

    3. Move your cursor where you want the PDF download link to be displayed and the from the right section of the window, click on the "PDF Link. This will add the tag in your email template. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!

    Hello Rick,

Please accept our apology for the delayed response. Because of a system problem, we did not receive your response earlier.

    Coming back to your question:

Yes our forms works on mobile devices without any problem. Please be noted that for your forms to work normally in mobile devices, we advice you to embed your form using its iFrame embed code. The following guide should help you grab your form's iFrame embed code: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

You may also like to add "Mobile Responsive" widget in your form as well which will ensure that width of form fields are adjusted based on width of mobile device and display without any horizontal scrolling.

P.S. We are currently having issues which is causing the emailed responses to forum post not getting processed. Please click on the following URL to reply to this thread:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/490807

    Thank you!
