How to send submission emails based on a condition?

Hi - do I have to upgrade to have this option?  You answered my question on being able to have my forms being sent from different people for different clients that I build websites for - but on your sample link to show how to do this you have different options than I do on JotForm.

I don't have Email Alerts only Email and under that option is add an extra email.  I don't have A problem Notification / A suggestion Notification or A praise.  So does this mean I have to upgrade to get these options?

Please be noted that apart from submission limits, there is not difference between the free and paid plans.

The guide which is referred by my colleagues displays the sample emails alerts added in a demo form. You can add new email alerts in your form. Please check the screenshot below on how to add email alerts in your form:

Then you can add condition in your form to use specific email alerts to send submission emails based on any condition. If you want to create multiple form and want submission emails of each forms to go to different email address, you should actually change the "Recipient Email" address of your form's email alert.
