File upload fail when attempting to upload a file larger than 1GB

We're attempting to create a form for users to upload their video files for us.  These will range from 100mb or so up to 3 or 4gb.  I've set the file upload max size to 6gb, but it seems to fail when attempting to upload.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Thanks in advance,

    Erik

    Hi Erik,

Please be informed that we have a 1GB limit per upload. If you want to upload a file above this limit, you will have to divide it into multiple parts, for no bigger than 1GB per file.

    Kindly review the following guide:

    Thanks

I'm a litte frustrated that this wasn't mentioned in any of the info.  Even the guide you mention implies that you can upload larger than 1gb files if using Google Drive.  If you can't upload larger than a 1gb file, how would you ever get that file over to Google Drive?  I'm dealing with fairly non-technical people, so asking them to split into multiple parts and recombine later is really not tenable.

This was a requirement of our project, I'll need to discuss with folks, I suspect it means JotForm isn't usable because of that.

    Hi,

We are very sorry that our limitations do not meet your needs.  The limit is a hard limit and is unfortunately not something we can raise on an individual basis.  Please let us know if you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else and we will be happy to help.
