This since mid December. I can forward them separately from 'submission'. Test e-mail also does not come through. They are not blocked on my server as junk.
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your JotForm's notification email alert but did not find any issue with that. Your email address is also not in our bounce list. You should be receiving the submission emails without any problem. The only issue I found that the "Sender Name" of your email alert was not selected. Please check the screenshot below:
I have set the "Sender Name" of your form's email alert as "JotForm", cleared the form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not?

I have not received your e-mail. It is not in my junk mail nor on my server. I do not know how to check the log. When I click on the box with the arrow I receive a message 'access denied'.
My colleague was merely investigating and testing your issue and we do apologize about not being able to access that as that is part of our team page which is why.
A better way for you to thoroughly check this from your end would be to check your Email History Log on your end to verify it.
We are getting closer. When I look at the history e-mail log it tells me:
You have updated Student Seminar Enrollment
and when I click on Student Seminar Enrollment I get.Invalid Form URLThis form is not available for this domain.
but I copied the URL from the web page http://www.jotformeu.com/isap/sEnroll exactly as I did here.
I hope this helps. It seems from the Forum there are now other people with the same problem.
For this form I must use the jotformeu.com and not the jotform.com address.
If you are seeing that you "Update a Form", it means that you are looking at the "All Actions" history and not your email history.
To access your email history, you would need to click on the arrow beside the "All Action" option and select the Email option.
You will see all instances of emails that have been attempted to be sent to you.
If you are still having an issue with receiving emails when it shows that it has been sent in the email long, please Whitelist our IP addresses.
