Form does not submit.

    Hello,

    We have a form on our website that does says "Please Wait..." but does not submit?  Our contact form works perfectly but the apply form doesn't?  I cant see anything different in the settings.

    UPDATE:  Removed the terms and conditions widget and all works?!  Anyone got any ideas?

    Can you please help?

    Hi,

    I had a look at your page and it looks like you have used the Javascript embed method to embed your form.  Occasionally parts of the form, especially widgets, do not play well with other scripts running in websites.

    I did a couple tests with a cloned version of your form with the terms and conditions widget added and the widget does appear to be working. If the widget was working in the standalone form, but not the embedded version, try using the iFrame embed method, rather than the Javascript embed:

    This will insulate your form from any of the scripts running within the page and allow for it to work without interaction from the surrounding page.

    Let us know if this solution does not work and we will be happy to have another look.
