How can I charge a 2.9% processing fee to the user?

We need help adding Credit Card processing fees, so that we can pass those on to Square directly. For example one ticket is $1700. We want to pass the 2.9 % Square fees along to the customer. So if we collect $1749.30 from our customer, how do we pass the fees on to square and keep the $1700.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As I understand your request, you wanted Square to charge your users the 2.9% fee directly.

Unfortunately, allowing Square to initiate charging your user for the 2.9% is not an option. Either you add the processing fee directly from your product cost or try another workaround where you can charge the 2.9% fee from your users. You can add a Tax and then rename it as "Processing Fee". In this way, the fee will automatically be added to the Total Price. Let me show you how to set that up:

• On the Form Builder, click on the Menu icon next to your Product list field.
• Click the Tax option, then add the 2.9% processing fee from Square.
