How do we turn off HIPPA as we don't need medical info

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After I checked your account, I saw that you're on our Starter Plan and HIPAA is disabled by default settings on your account. HIPAA Forms are only available for our Gold Plan members. You can check if HIPAA Compliance is enabled or disabled on the Account Data Settings Page
