My emails jump from Inbox to Spam.

    My emails jump from INBOX to SPAM. After reporting NOT SPAM, goes back into SPAM

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you’re having problems with your email. Did you add to your account and set up the email filters? If so, all emails coming from should be sent to your Inbox and never to your Spam folder.

    Please clear your browser cache or use a different browser or device to report the email as not spam and see how it goes.
