unable to read forms and email from customers

    I was able to get requests from customers via Jotforms. However, about two the email started coming as no reply, plus I can't read the content.

    I checked the only form that had submissions and it appears as though the data was removed from the email notification:

    As well as the "Reply-To and Recipient Settings:

    It also appears as though the form was changed to look suspended:

    This is the only form I could find in any accounts associated with your email address that had any submissions.
