Is {pdf_link} still working? I have a form where I had incorporated this in the submission email id but the download link was invisible in the mail. Please confirm

Hello TS Police,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested the "PDF link" in my demo form, and it does indeed work. It appears in the Autoresponder as intended. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
I cloned one of your forms and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem. After investigating it a bit, I noticed that if the PDF attachment is enabled in the Advance tab of your Autoresponder, then the PDF link won't be visible.
Check out my screenshot below to see my results when PDF attachment is enabled:
This is my result after disabling the PDF attachment in your form:
Additionally, you can include an option for the user to download the PDF on the thank you page. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- On the left side of the screen, click on Thank You Page.
- Click on the green Action Buttons button, and then select Download PDF.
- Select PDF Document, and then click on Create. That's it.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
