How can i cancel within 30 days and get money back guarantee

    Hi

    I have been trying to cancel my qccount for past 10 days and have not received any response except from the facebook team. This is getting frustrating that i cant even cancel my plan nor receive any acknowledgement after so many attempts at downgrading from my account and emailing in.

    My account user name is trytotri and i am about to initiate a dispute with paypal over this.

    Hi,

    I checked for any forum threads related to your username and I was unable to find any.  I have been in communication with you via Facebook and I do believe I had informed you that this is the best area to get a hold of us.  I see you have already initiated a dispute with PayPal.  I sent this response along to my manager so that she may have a look.  I apologize we did not get to this sooner.

    We have responded to the dispute and refund was made back to your Paypal account. Your account is now on free status.

    Hi, i just want my money back, How? i dont know how you suddenly take 998 Swedish krona from my account. I dont know what is this jobform. Please!! i also can not to unscribe..gime me solusion. That alot of money you take from my acount
