Is it possible to access the signed PDF document to send it in another email?

I also need to be able to CC an additional recipient once a document has been fully signed. I have an approval workflow that starts with a web form that is filled out with the two signees info. This then triggers a sign document to be sent for signatures and once both parties have signed I need to also receive a CC of the completed signed PDF document.

Is there some way to access the signed PDF document in the workflow so I can send it in an additional email? So far I have been unable to find a way but really need to be able to do this.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and you are currently under Guest account. Can you provide us the Form URL of the form with regards to your concern so that we can check it on our end? We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

As for your concern, unfortunately, the signed PDF document is only sent to those who signed to it. You might want to add another signature to the document to add another signer so that they will also be able to receive it.
