How can I distribute a scholarship application form?

    Hello,

    The previous administrator of our non-profit organization published a scholarship application form on our website. We need to send a similar form, but to only 5 recipients. We would like to send these via email rather than our site. Is this something you can do?

    Hi Suzanne,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can share your form with people via Email without forcing them to sign up for the Jotform account. Let me show you how to do that:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
    • Then, click on Quick Share on the left side of the page.
    • Click on Invite By Email.

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
    • Then, click on Quick Share on the left side of the page.
    • Click on the QR Code button at the bottom of the Share Form section.
    • The window that opens up will have the QR code to share your form.

    Hi Suzanne,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can set it up so that you'll get a Notification Email after someone has filled out your form. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • Now, click on + Add an Email

    • Select Notification Email.
    • Click on the Recipients tab.
    • Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done.

    Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time someone fills out your form.
