E-mail notifications

I'm not getting the e-mail notifications that someone filled out a form

I checked our mail logs and it appears as though the emails are indeed going through:

The first thing to check would be if they are being filtered to your spam/junk mail box.  This is usually the case when the emails are going through but not showing up in the users in box.
