Unable to add PayPal payment processing on my jotform, next to Purchase Order Tool

    I have a pizza order report and when I put the paypal option, the system shows that:

     

    You can not add more than one payment tool .. Please delete the existing first.

     

    But do not have this option anywhere in the form.

     

    Help me please.

    Hi Jorge,

    I took a look at your jotform and I can see that it is holding the Purchase Order Tool. This is the reason why you are not able to add PayPal as well.

    To have multiple payment processors on your jotform, please take a look at this guide:
