I had a submission on my form. But when it showed what was paid, it said 0. And I checked my stripe account and it doesn't say I have a new customer. But when looking at the payment piece, it says my account is stripe connected. Is there something I did wrong or need to do differently?
Thanks for the help.

Hi,
I checked the submission of your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43495891672974
and in the View Submissions page, I can only see one existing submissions which appears to be just a test submission.
I tried submitting the form without making actual payment, but I could not proceed to submission.
This means the form was working as intended.
I suggest you retry on your end, you need to do an actual payment submission to be able to see the actual payment reflects on the submissions.
Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.
Thanks.

Thanks for the response. It was actually a live submission. I added the text about waiting for everything to process before closing the window. Any other ideas? I am going to ask them to re-submit, and I will see if it works.

I would suggest making the Stripe payment as required so they can't submit the form without selecting the single product item or make the single product item as selected by default.
Thanks

Ok. So it is set up correctly now, right? The required field for Stripe won't cause an issue if someone chooses check for payment, right? Because it is in the conditional.

Hi,
Yes, that should work already even if you were using conditional statement (multiple payment option)
I test submitted your jotform selecting 'Check' option, and I can still submit properly.
Thank you page
