I want to save the files corresponding to the form in a specific folder (not in the main folder). How is that possible?

You could create a folder and the integration in your main folder and then simply move the folder to some sub-folder, which should then create new submissions in that new location, but doing so would most likely corrupt the integration at some point so you would need to re-integrate.
For now there is unfortunately no other option available.
Option would be to place "form-" part before the name of each jotform allowing you to quickly find the folders made by integration in your drive's root.
