The "Contact" form on my homepage is not forwarding the information onto my e-mail.Page URL:

Upon checking your form, I noticed that you don't have configured a Sender Name for your Notifier #1 which can cause your email notifications to be treated as SPAM.
And also noticed that for Notifier #2 you haven't configured the sender email.
Please correct this in your form and let us know if the issue persists.
