It keeps telling me that the page cannot load and the computer may be blocked by a firewall or proxy but I do not know how to fix this.

Please try doing the following:
a. Reset your browser: http://www.howtogeek.com/171924/how-to-reset-your-web-browser-to-its-default-settings/.
b. Disable your proxy connection: http://en.kioskea.net/faq/7921-web-browsers-how-to-disable-the-proxy.
c. Reset your router
Let us know if you still can't login after doing the above steps.
