How to include TEXT and Headers in the Print output of Submissions

Towards the bottom are the "rules" that people need to initial.  I need those rules to be printable so they can reference whenever needed.  As of now, only the response of their intitals print.

In your form View Submission page, you can include the TEXT, Headers, and images in the Print output.
