Lately I haven't been receiving email notifications to my work email. However I still receive them to my Gmail. I've added all the jotform domains to my work's white list and it still doesn't go through. If I removed all the info except the subject line in "Compose Email" it will go through to my work email but when there's info in the email it won't. Any idea what is causing this to happen?

I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with your email notifications. To confirm, are you referring to the email address: email@example.com
If that is the case, I am not currently seeing where this email address is on our bounce list. However when reviewing your email notifications, I am seeing that the notification that is associated with this email address is not completed correctly, as such it may being blocked by your provider.
Please edit the notification to include a sender name, this should resolve the issue that you are currently experiencing.

You should also set the "Reply-to Email:" to be the email the user specifies in the form. You might also check with your IT department at work to be sure they're not filtering these emails even before they get to your whitelist.
