We have gotten a JotForm email saying you are going to disable our form because we have used up our submissions.

    We have already upgraded our account to Premium and are paying $9.95 per month.  According to your pricing, we should have 1000 submissions.  What am I doing wrong to create this problem?

    Hello Susan,

    Are you referring to the JotForm http://www.jotform.us/form/50065174861151? I see that this JotForm is associated with a guest account which is limited to receive only 20 submissions per month. I notice that there is a premium account in your name which was upgraded from a guest account (guest_42183637365055) registered with an email address (mail@thyword.org). 

    I also see that a free account twnsusanturner registered with your email address. Please confirm if you want to make this account premium and so that we can move all the forms to this account.
