Email states I have reached over quota, how is this possible?

    I recently received an email stating that I have reached the limits of my account and my forms will be disabled on Wednesday. It also states that free accounts are limited to 10 payments per month. A few weeks ago I upgraded to premium because a Jotform representative told me that premium gives you 1000 submissions. I've screenshot that email. I have not received 1000 payments or submissions this month. Is this an error? Or is this something I'm not aware of? Look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Upon checking your account with the username 2FE, you are still far from reaching your quota and your account and form will not be disabled any time sooner. You can check your actual usage or counter under your Accounts menu.


    You can ignore the email and continue using the forms.
