Form won't add to Facebook

I have been trying and trying to embed my form to my facebook page and it will not work.  It stops in the middle of the process.

If so, please provide that message to us in your next thread entry. Did you try another browser to see if the issue remain? You can also try clearing your browser cache to see if that will help.
