I am not receiving email from my form?

    I am currently setting up my website, but after embedding my forms and filling them out and sending them (which works great) - they are not being sent to me?

    (Although the practice ones from jot form are).

    I read your FAQ and it says something like 'click on email alert button' ? But there is no such button on my form builder screen?

    Can you help?

    Hi Alison,

    Actually, your email notifier configuration is correct. I see nothing wrong with your settings. The email may have been filtered as spam so kindly check your spam folder.  If no emails are there, then most likely they have been blocked by your hosting provider from reaching your inbox.
