Form cannot be opened by some of my recipients when I share the URL with them by email

    Ive recently created a a form which I sent out to recipients via email, when some people have tried to open the link it will not open

    I was able to open your form using the provided link without problems.

    Do you have it embedded on a website? If you do, please share the URL with us so we can check there too. Also, are your recipients getting an error message when they try to open the link you're providing them?
