Good morning dear Shadae,
Thank you for your prompt reply! I really appreciate it.
I do apologise, but I think I wasn't clear enough. My question was how can I configure JotForm so that I can receive all the files that my clients send me via the file upload feature in my email? Do I need to configure it?

Hi,
There are 2 immediate ways you can get/download the uploaded files in your jotform submission.
#1 In your jotform View Submissions page, you can see all the submission data.
The link for the uploaded file will be there also.
#2 In the Notification Email that you received on form submission, the link to the uploaded file will be on the email message also.
AND
You can also use the JotForm File Downloader App to download all uploaded file submissions from your form to your computer.
it is a console script but it works all the time.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further help.
Thanks.
