    I was billed twice for subscription payment.

    You have taken payment from a credit card and also accepted payment via paypal. Could you please refund the credit card payment.

    Hello narga,

    Upon checking your account, I did not find any billing issue. You are not billed twice but it seems you have only updated your payment method from credit card to PayPal. Please check the screenshot below:


    The both the URLs you have shared above are not the invoice. One of the URL is the subscription URL and the other one is actual payment invoice.
