Can I create a form for multiple e-mail addresses?

Asked by theanimalhaven on October 09, 2011 at 06:49 PM

Hi! I've been trying to find a contact form that can route messages to different e-mail addresses based on subject. For example, questions about fundraising can go to the fundraising e-mail address for our website, volunteer information can go to the volunteer e-mail address, etc..

Any help you can provide would be great! We're a non-profit no-kill animal shelter and we're trying to build the website from the ground up.

    Thanks so much!

    Sincerely,

    Amy Belmonte

    Hi theanimalhaven,

Yes, it is possible. Redirect your e-mail alerts according to the form entry. Let’s say you have a dropdown question that has options like “Sales”, “Support” etc. you can use JotForm Conditions to send emails to different email addresses depending on which answer is selected. Please take a look at this thread. For additional informations you can check out this page too. If you require assistance or need help, feel free to ask.
