Feedback pop up or any JS affects my website

Asked by christys on January 14, 2015 at 09:05 AM

Hi Have a look at the screen cast http://screencast.com/t/sthhND93dE

Any JS enabled option I use  prevents my slider & the stick menu from working. I have a "contact us" for on contact us page but the problem not having.

Ideally we want customers to be able to contact us from anywhere on the website. For example on a product page the referral parameter in the form will let us know which page the customer was on at time of contact. If I can only get the form to work on a single page which really does not fit the purpose of "Contact Us  Anytime/via any page"

What's the work around or fix?

Your form will interact with the CSS and scripts running in your page unless you use the iFrame embed method:

To get the referral page of where your form was submitted, you can use our "Get Referrer" widget:

If these solutions do not work for you, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.

For a popup effect, you can use any of the following embed codes in the Embed Form Wizard:

    - Feedback
    - Lightbox
    - Pop-up

The Feedback embed code adds a Feedback button at the edge of your webpage similar to what you see in the JotForm.com default webpage.

For a demo of Lightbox form embed code and Pop-up embed code, please click here.

These are currently the only options we have for pop-up style embeds.  If all of these do not work for you, let us know and we will see what else we can do.
