Can I create a form that is editable from the user's standpoint?

I'm trying to create a form for my colleagues to submit information about workshops they're designing for an upcoming conference. We used to use a Word form, but an online tool would be much easier. However, we will need something that they can edit/resubmit if changes come up. Is this possible with jotform?

(Also, if this is not possible, do you think another program offers an editable form, or are there limitations in general that would prevent this feature across various form builder apps?)

    Thank you!

Yes. This feature is available with JotForm to edit the submissions at a later point of time. This can be achieved by placing edit link on auto-responder email.
