My client complaints that form the form doesn't work properly

My client complaints that form the system crashes, please help me.

Please help my clients, I have many complaints about the work of my form.

1. The complaint that I can not fill up the form. Just upload a single image. (Even if I set my form to upload multiple images).

2. The complaint that birthday (Day / month / year) does not work or does not work.

3. Fill out the form completely but complained that the car hit the "Next".

Customers of like filling out forms via smart phones on IOS and Android in part with Wifi somewhat limited in approximately 100KB-1MB.

It sounds like javascript was not processed properly on your user's side. It might happen due to a conflict between form and other scripts of the page. The solution is to use an iFrame version of the form instead of the standard JS Embed code.
