If you exceed any of monthly limits on your subscription account, the account will be in Overlimit status, then, it will no longer be able to receive incoming form submissions.
The forms will have 'Over quota' message on them every time they are submitted.
The account itself will not be disabled right away. It is just the forms will no longer be able to accept submissions. You will be notified when you exceed limits. If the subscription is not updated, it will eventually downgrade to FREE only plan.
