Hi Im having trouble with configurable lists - my form http://www.jotform.co/form/43362453162854
has two configurable lists and they show fine in safari on the Mac, but on IE in windows machines these elements of the form appear as blank sections.
Safari / Chrome
Can you suggest how I might fix this?

Thank you for contacting us. There seems to be an issue with the widgets that is not present on Chrome - webkit browsers.
I am able to see the same results and will raise this to our developers.
As soon as there are any updates we will let you know about it through this thread.

Hello, I am still seeing this issue with configurable lists on IE 10. Is there something I need to do to address this? Do I need to remove the configurable list and add it back again?

I can recreate there being an error in IE.
As such I will leave a comment for our developers on the same - so that they can re-check things.
I will also ask them to let us know if you would need to remove the configurable list first or not, so please leave it as it is for now.
