Why can't I add a form field to email subject title in submission notification

    I have been trying to add online job number to the notification email subject for some time now. It will not let me add anything but typed text to this. How can this be done.

    As I clone your JotForm and check the issue, I see that the Data table is locked and hence you are not able to add the fields to the subject line.

    You can click on Unlock Data Table button to unlock the data table and then add the field to subject line.
