the payment formAsked by Kim Anderson on January 15, 2015 at 01:15 PM
I was going to register for an course at http://suicideinfo.ca/Training/CalgaryRegistration.aspx the payment form is not an encrypted site and I question the safety of this payment method. There was not "padlock" or any form of security to indicate that it was a safe way of payment.
payment form payment method aspx site
Though the rest of the form may not be encrypted, all the information processed in the payment fields of our forms is transferred via an SSL encrypted channel. Though I can guarantee the safety of the data processed in the payment sections of our forms, the rest of the data security is up to the user, in this case their full page is indeed not using SSL based transmissions.
You may want to contact the administrator of that site, they may be able to better assure you of the safety of your data.
